SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us via email at help@cuvayabitsunderwear.com.au providing your order number, name and address and well get onto Australia Post for you.

WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED AND SENT?
We process and ship all orders by the following business day from Sydney, not including Australian Public Holidays.

WHAT SIZE AM I?
If you need to see which size is best for you, please check out our size Size Charts page. We generally have our garments made to fit exactly per the measurements and will mold to your form. Be aware that some of our styles have different sizing and thus the size chart should always be referred to.

AM I AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED FOR MY ACCOUNT?
When you order on the website, we DON’T automatically register you as a member. You can be a member without purchasing from us and you can purchase from Cuvayabits Underwear without being a member. To register as a member, just click on the My Account link in the top right-hand corner of our website and click on ‘Create an account’ and complete the form to enjoy our personalised shopping experience!. You can update address and contact details and review your past orders.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using a credit card for fraudulent purposes. These details are supplied to the necessary authorities. The consumer’s IP address is also recorded plus their signature ID from the server account used to place the order. Please read our complete Privacy Policy regarding ordering via our website.

HOW SAFE IS ORDERING ONLINE AT CUVAYABITSUNDERWEAR.COM.AU?
At Cuvayabits Underwear, we use the latest encryption technology for our Store-Front SSL Security, so there’s no need to worry. On our website, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with extended validation that provides 256bit encryption to all data sent to and from our website. Our website is hosted within Australia for added security. Customer security is very important to us and with our customer security platforms, along with our easy to use interface, we are confident will make for a simple and smooth shopping experience.

 

SHOP AND PAY

I HAVE A COUPON CODE; HOW DO I USE IT?
To apply your code, enter it in the coupon code field during the payment step of the Checkout. Only one discount or promotional code can be used at a time. It’s pretty straight-forward but if you need a hand please contact our Customer Team at help@cuvayabitsunderwear.com.au and we’ll sort it out for you!

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept Mastercard and Visa via SecurePay and/or Paypal to process our payments, but you don’t need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Some debit cards are also accepted, depending on the rules of the issuing bank or institution. We also offer Afterpay to approved customers which offers buy now, take now, pay later with 4 interest free payments. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to have your order processed and shipped. Our payment facility platform provides you with the status of your payment immediately!

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
Please ensure that you actually finished the checkout process and completed the order. The last page displays the order number. If you have completed your order, we suggest you take a look in the spam folder of your email account. Please add cuvayabitsunderwear.com.au to your safe sender list in order to receive emails from us. If unable to locate the confirmation email, contact our Customer Team at help@cuvayabitsunderwear.com.au and we will confirm whether the order was successfully submitted and/or a payment made.

AN ITEM IS MARKED AS “OUT OF STOCK”; WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN SOON?
If the size shows as “OUT OF STOCK”, it means that we do not currently have any units available. The resources for the current stock for this range has been fully sold out and the item will be discontinued until further notice. If the item is in demand it may be reintroduced.

MY PAYMENT WAS REJECTED. WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE REASONS?
It could be any number of reasons – wrong card number or expiry date, insufficient account balance or your card provider may not allow online purchases so they might need to unblock your credit card for payments. If you are sure you have entered information correctly, it’s best to contact your bank and try again.

what we can do to help resolve this for you.

I’VE SEEN A PRICE DIFFERENCE TO ITEMS PREVIOUSLY ON SALE, CAN I HAVE THAT PRICE?
Cuvayabits Underwear will not make price adjustments and cannot refund differences in price for items that have been ordered before or after a sale-period. The sale price is for a limited period of time only and applies to all purchases. If you have subscribed to receive our newsletters you will be the first to know about any sales plus new product releases.

WHERE CAN I BUY CUVAYABITS UNDERWEAR?

HOW DO I BECOME A CUVAYABITS MODEL?
We are on the lookout now for models to help promote and sell our brand. If you’re early in your modelling career or just interested in modelling as a hobby and you think you have what it takes, email our marketing team at marketing@cuvayabitsunderwear.com.au with your portfolio and details.

WHAT IS YOUR UNDERWEAR MADE OF?
We use a mixture of Cotton and Spandex or Modal and Spandex. Our Contraband range uses polyester and spandex. Each product page lists the fabric used. Our Waistbands and made out of Elastane and Spandex.

WHAT IS MODAL FABRIC?
Modal is a type of rayon, a semi-synthetic cellulose fibre made by spinning reconstituted cellulose, in this case often from beech or bamboo trees. Modal is used alone or with other fibers (often cotton or spandex) in everyday items such as PJ’s, towels, bathrobes, underwear and bedsheets. Modal fabric is extremely hard-wearing and keeps its shape and finish, even after frequent washing cycles.

WHAT IS THE WAISTBAND BRANDING OPTION?
You can choose to purchase our underwear with or without our branding on the front of the waistband. All underwear will still have a branded care label inside at the rear.

WHAT IS “NO SWEAT TECHNOLOGY”?
Unlike garments made from synthetic fibres like nylon and polyester, Our Modal underwear does not trap perspiration and odours. Modal is up to 50 percent more absorbent than cotton, so you’ll never feel sweaty and sticky.

DO YOU HAVE MORE STYLES ON THE WAY?
Absolutely! As we are only new, we are only starting to build up our product range. Our next release will include new style waistbands and be cotton/spandex focused. Sign up to our Newsletter and we’ll let you know before a new product or range is released.
