REFUNDS & RETURNS OVERVIEW
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are happy to exchange faulty item(s) or incorrect size items for a different size / colour / style or issue a voucher/refund on receipt, if preferred.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery (if approved by Cuvayabits Underwear)
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?
Here at Cuvayabits Underwear we pride ourselves with underwear made of the highest quality. Product faults we find are rare and we do our best to ensure that every item packed is reflective of our high-quality standards.
However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products or you have purchased the wrong size, we would like to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where a product may be faulty, please contact our Customer team at quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and photos of the issue. And we’ll get right on it! We will then advise and assist you with the replacement process. Any costs associated with returning of goods, including delivery, are covered by Cuvayabits Fashions Australia.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund. If you are approved, then your return which may be an exchange or refund dependent on what you choose, will be processed, a replacement sent or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days, of approval being given.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
Items unfortunately are NOT refundable or exchangeable if you have simply changed your mind (Faulty or wrong sized items may be returned within 60 days of receipt).
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel any order that you have just placed with us please contact us via email immediately at , quoting your name and order number.
If, however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us for a refund.
CHANGING AN ORDER
This can only occur if it has not already been sent. To change any details of an order that you have just placed with us please contact us via email immediately at , quoting your name and order number.
If, however your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make any changes and you will need to return the order to us for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to provide valid and current shipping details.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We do our best but sometimes mistakes may happen. We are only human after all! If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Customer Service at , quoting your order number, your name and details of the product and whether you require a refund or exchange. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
